1. Contact your Insurance Carrier.  (It is not advisable to begin repairs until you have contacted your Insurance Carrier and secured their agreement before beginning repairs).

2. Contact us at ARC, we can advise and assist you throughout the claims process to ensure that your interests are being protected and that your claim is paid as quickly as possible.

3. Read your insurance policy for your specific responsibilities, as required by your policy, in the event of a loss.  If you have any questions, we can assist you.

4. Notify the necessary governmental authorities (e.g. FAA, NTSB, local fire and police).
